Fiona glared up at him, knowing that he was right. But her body screamed out for more blood, and it was so close within her reach. Finally she sighed and nodded. "I won't hurt her. At least I'll try." she said as she gathered her mental restraints and giving up all forceful opposition to him.

Tristan let out an unnecessary breath and got up off of Fiona. "Alright, then," he said. "Now... we have to take care of these bodies." He turned and looked at the lifeless corpeses lying on the ground. They would have to find a way of disposing them so as not to arouse suspicon.

Fiona stood up, clenching her fists and fighting to keep her composure. "Where would we put them?" she asked flatly. Her eyes kept darting between Tristan and the teen girl on the ground. Fiona could hear her heat beating and smell her blood flowing. "We need to do it now." She ordered aggressively. She needed to get away from there as soon as possible.

Tristan bent down and picked up the man he had killed. "Ther's a ravine a little ways over there," he motioned, nodding his head. "We can dump them there, make it seem as if they fell or something. When the girl wakes up she will just be able to go home."

Fiona nodded shortly before picking up the remains of her meal and easily tossed it over the ravine. She then stood waiting anxiously, still eying up the unconscious girl who lay on the ground. "Tristan," she growled impatiently. By this time she was shaking, trying so hard not to attack the girl.

Tristan threw the body into the ravine with the other man's and turned to see Fiona shaking. Quickly he darted forward and picked Fiona up, running swiftly through the forest unitl they were about a mile or so away from the campsite. The smell of the girl's blood and the sound of her heartbeat were no longer discernible. He gently placed her down. "I'm sorry for just picking you up like that," he said. "I didn't want you to do anything you'd regret."

Fiona pushed him away as she jumped from his arms. "Yeah, thanks." She stood there rigidly. Maybe she had already done something she regretted... going to find him. Sure he was helping her with this new life in some ways, but he was also the one who condemned her to it. In this new world, he was all she knew. So she just had to bear with it.

Tristan stepped backwards, awkwardly. He was unsure of what to do next. What would become of Fiona? Why did he care? "So what are you going to do now?" he asked her.

"I... really don't know," she stuttered, her anger finally subsiding as confusion over swept her. She felt stuck in so many more ways than one. Obviously she was stuck in this forsaken body for eternity. She was also stuck in this town. And finally, she was stuck with him. The anger that he caused to boil inside of her only made her want to be near him more, because anger was the only thing she could feel.

Tristan looked down for a moment and ran his fingers through his hair. "Well I know you don't want to go back to your father," he said slowly. "So if you wanted, you could stay with me. Temporarily at the very least, although you'd be welcome to stay as long as you would like," he added, looking back up at her.

Fiona's vision blurred with anger. She had heard nothing he said 'father'. In an instant she was bounding back into the woods and towards the main road. She remembered she was still thirsty as the burning came back into her throat. What a perfect way to kill to birds with one stone.

For a moment, Tristan didn't realize what had happened. One second Fiona was there, standing in front of him, and the next... she was gond.
"Damn it," he mumbled, tearing off after her into the trees.
