Vampires
1. Basic Abilities:
- More sensitive sense organs (seeing in the darkness; expand colour spectrum; sensitive hearing; expand sense of smell, especially the smell of blood)
- Faster healing than humans
- Resistance against human diseases
- Increased physical strength
- Increased mobility and speed
2. Weaknesses (all cause discomfort but no other great harm)
- Sunlight
- Fire
- Silver
3. Bloodlust
- Incessant need for blood.
- Profound withdrawal symptoms, including but not limited to: dehydration, hallucination, fever, insanity, mindless rage, depression, despair, loss of self-control, loss of consciousness, coma, etc
4. Death
- Decapitation
- Incineration of the body
- Otherwise remain immortal at the same age of when they were changed
Witches/Warlocks
Ritualistic witches/warlocks
1. Introduction
- These witches are not born as witches, but rather decide to become a witch.
2. Abilities
- They have power by performing ritualistic spells by using candles incense and such.
- The power they get from these rituals (and only DURING the ritual) include, but are not limited to: conjuring good or evil spirits and can control them, power over elements, casting spells or charms on others, or simple meditations of centering
3. Weaknesses
- The same as humans, though their magic can strengthen them
4. Death
- Die like any other human would
"Chosen" witches/warlocks
1. Introduction
- These witches are born with special abilities but the powers may surface at any point during their lives. They can also perform as ritualistic witches.
2. Abilities
- Special abilities may include: clairvoyance, telekinesis, control over ONE element, talking to animals(including Shifters in animal form), conjuring spirits at will without a ritual, etc.
3. Weaknesses
- The same as humans, though their magic can strengthen them
4. Death
- Some may die as a normal human would while others may age slowly
Shape Shifters
1. Introduction
- Shape Shifters have the ability to turn into some sort of animal. When in animal form, they take on the natural abilities of the animal that they shift into.
2. Shifting
- Shifters are born with the ability to shift into animal-form and it is generally a hereditary trait, it doesn't always necessarily pass onto the next generation, though.
- At first it may not be easy for a shape shifter to switch back and forth into their animal form versus their human form, but with time and practice this will become easier.
3. Death
- Shape shifters age slower then the average human, but are still killed by the same things as a human or an animal would.
4. Types
- There are many types of shifters, here are examples of the ones in our game. If there is another species that you would like to try out, please contact the moderators for approval. The creature must be native to Northeastern America.
